Rival Strength's Jump Rope is a great piece of kit that anyone can use, ideal for cardio training and strength / endurance.

The aluminium jump rope is light weight, ideal for speed and endurance. With a soft touch rubber grip, even in the sweatiest workouts the handle will feel firmly in place. 

The rope features an easily adjustable length, simply by pushing in the mouth of the handle to release the rope.

Bearings are used inside the handle for optimal spin and whip.
