RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Rules

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or unassembled, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once a return has been requested and accepted, you have an additional 20 days from the date the return request was accepted, or 30 days from when the order was delivered, whichever dates falls latest, to send the item back to us. If you send the item back to us after this timeframe, it will not be accepted and you will NOT receive a refund.

If you have received an item that has arrived damaged, a return must be requested within 7 days of receipt of delivery. We (Rival Strength) will organise and pay for a suitable solution; whether that be a replacement, repair,or collection and refund.

If you no longer want the item you purchased for any other reason, you (the customer) will have to pay and arrange for the item to be shipped back to us. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the return is re-packaged securely to prevent damages in transit. We reserve the right to reduce your refundable amount to cover actions such as; quality checks, testing, repairs, and re-packaging. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service to cover damages and loses. 

If you would like to cancel an item that has already been dispatched, but has yet to arrive with you, you are welcome to reject the item when the courier attempts delivery, or to advise the courier to return the item to us, however, we reserve the right to charge a Cancellation Fee. We will evaluate each return/cancellation request on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you'd like to cancel an order that has been dispatched, but has yet to arrive.

 

Starting a Return

To start a return, please head to your 'Account' page on our website, and select the order you would like to return. Click the 'Request return' button in the corner of your screen, and select the product(s) you'd like to return, and the reason(s) for returning them.

Once the return request has been submitted, we aim to responed within 2 working days.

Please be aware that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted or refunded.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, like custom products (such as special orders, customised items, or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please ensure you're 100% happy with the proposed customisation/personalisation before purchasing, as we will be unable to refund you or have the item returned once it has been modified.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or vouchers.

 

Bundle/Set Products

If you purchase a bundle/set, and would like to return a part (i.e. not all) of the bundle/set, we will refund you up to the discount/value amount of the next applicable bundle/set. If you would like to return a part of a bundle/set, please get in touch with us, and we will tell you what you will be refunded prior to you returning the item to us. 

 

Ex-Demo/Clearance Products

We're are unable to offer refunds or returns on ex-demo/clearance products that are sold with damages and cosmetic issues, as these products are no longer considered new. All products that are sold with damages and cosmetic issues will have 'EX-DEMO' or 'CLEARANCE' in the title, a description of the damages and cosmetic issues, and photos of the damages and cosmetic issues.

 

End of Line Products

We are also unable to accept returns on End of Line products. These are products that have been sold at a discounted rate as we won't be continuing with the product range. These products will clearly have 'END OF LINE' in the title, and also in the description.

 

Exchanges

If a product has arrived damaged/isn't compatible/is the wrong item, etc., we can offer an exchange.

Simply contact us regarding the issue and which product you'd like to exchange, and we will send you the replacement product with our courier, who will deliver you the replacement and also collect the product you no longer want, and they will ship it back to us. All you'll need to do is securely repackage the product in the packaging it arrived in, and be at home to meet the courier! 

Please contact us if you would like to exchange a product for any reason, and we will discuss the next steps with you. 


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If not approved, we will contact you to inform you of our decision. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Delivery charges and shipping fees will not be refunded once an item has been dispatched.
