Next Working Day Delivery

We hate having to wait for things to arrive, so that's why every product on our website is eligible to be sent on a next working day service to Mainland UK. Most items will be dispatched 1-2 working days after the order has been placed, and as we use a variety of couriers, whilst most items will be sent on a next working day service, some may also be sent on a 2-working day service.

Some orders placed before 11:00 may even be dispatched on the same day (Mon to Fri)!

If you won't be at home when your order is due to arrive, please contact us and we can delay the shipping of your order to a day that suits you.

Large orders will be sent and delivered on a Signed For Pallet Service; please read below for more information, or click HERE.

Free Shipping on orders over £50

Free shipping is available for orders £50 and over, to Mainland UK. £4.99 Shipping for orders £49.99 and under.

Orders to Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Offshore Islands will incur extra charges. Please see below.

If you would like to delay the shipping of your order to a different day, please get in touch with us and we will happily delay the delivery of your order to a day that suits you.

Signed For Pallet Service

With large orders, we will send them on a Signed For Pallet Delivery Service, as it is safer and ensures all the items arrive at the same time. 

You may see the 'Signed For Pallet Service' option in the cart page, where you can choose your delivery date. We will dispatch your order for this date, and someone MUST be at your shipping address to sign for it. Failure to have someone present will result in a re-delivery charge.

The delivery will be kerbside, but the driver may be able to deliver closer to your property if it is accessible and it is safe to do so. Please be aware that the driver is not permitted to enter your property, or to unload the goods off of the pallet. It is your responsibility to unload the goods from the pallet, and to dispose of the pallet. It is at the delivery driver's discretion whether a delivery can be made closer to your property, but please be prepared to unload the goods from the kerbside delivery point if the access isn't deemed suitable (i.e. narrow driveways/roads, gravel driveways, flats/apartments etc.). If this is likely to be an issue, please contact us immediately.

If you don't see the 'Signed For Pallet Service' option in the cart page, your order is likely to be sent with a courier. However, depending on what you've ordered/your shipping location, we may decide to send your order on a pallet service, and we will contact you and request a nominated delivery day.

As the pallet delivery is on a nominated day of your choosing, it is your responsibility to be at home to receive the goods. The pallet delivery driver will NOT leave the goods at your property if there is no-one at home to accept them, and no prior arrangement has been made. If the driver is unable to complete the delivery once they're at your property for whatever reason, and the delivery has to be re-scheduled, we will require a Re-Delivery Fee from you.

You should receive a time slot on the morning of the delivery day, but if not please contact us.

Most Signed For Pallet Service orders will be sent 2-working days prior to your chosen delivery date, but please note we reserve the right to send your order up to 7-working days prior to your chosen delivery date.

Although 99% of deliveries are made on the nominated day, in very rare circumstances, if the courier fails to make the delivery due to reasons out of our control (for example breakdowns, traffic, delays at previous deliveries), we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

Saturday/Pre-13:00 Delivery

Please contact us if you require a Saturday delivery, or a pre-13:00 delivery time (Mon-Sat). Prices start at an additional £5.

Northern Ireland Delivery

We're delighted to be able to offer delivery to Northern Ireland! You can go through the checkout process as normal and a shipping rate will apply based on your order value. The order value and applicable shipping fee are as follows;

For orders sent with couriers, we allow a 2-5 working day delivery service for Northern Ireland.

For large orders sent via a pallet service, we allow a 3-8 working day delivery service.

UK Offshore Delivery

We can now ship to UK Offshore locations, including Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, and Ireland! You can go through the checkout process as normal and a shipping rate will apply based on your order value. The order value and applicable shipping fee are as follows;

The price at checkout will show in your local currency, and no Tax will be charged. 

Please be aware you will be responisble for any Import Duties/Taxes. Our courier/freight forwarder will contact you prior to delivery.

For orders sent with couriers, we allow a 3-7 working day delivery service for UK Offshore locations.

For large orders sent via a pallet service, we allow a 4-11 working day delivery service.

1m x 1m Rubber Gym Floor Tiles

All orders for the 1m x 1m Gym Floor Tiles will be shipped via a Signed For Pallet Service - no matter the quantity. 

To prevent the introduction of a Minimum Order Quantity for the 1m x 1m Gym Floor Tiles, we will apply a;

• £40 Standard Pallet Rate to carts that include at least one 1m x 1m Gym Floor Tile, and that have a Total Cart Value under £249.99. 
• £25 Standard Pallet Rate to carts that include at least one 1m x 1m Gym Floor Tile, and that have a Total Cart Value between £250 and £350. 
• Carts that include at least one 1m x 1m Gym Floor Tile, and have a Total Cart Value over £350, will receive Free Shipping!

Orders to Northern Ireland with at least one 1m x 1m Rubber Gym Floor Tile, will apply a £75 Standard Pallet Rate (no minimum or maximum Total Cart Value).

Choosing a Delivery Date - 1m Floor Tiles

On the product page and the cart page, you should be able to choose a delivery date.

As the tiles will be delivered via a Signed For Pallet Service, you must be at home on your chosen delivery date to sign for the order. Failure to do so will result in a re-delivery fee. 

If you don't see the option to select a delivery date - don't worry! - we will contact you to arrange delivery on a day of your choosing!

Pre-Orders

If you've placed an order for a product on pre-order, we will keep you updated with when you can expect to receive your order.

If you order additional products alongside a pre-order product, we will ship all of the items at the same time, when the pre-order product is back in stock, unless stated otherwise. 

Please be aware the delivery time frame shown on your order and at checkout is an estimate, and is subject to change.
