Signed For Pallet Service Shipping

With large orders, we will send them on a Signed For Pallet Delivery Service, as it is safer and ensures all the items arrive at the same time. 

You may see the 'Signed For Pallet Service' option in the cart page, where you can choose your delivery date. We will dispatch your order for this date, and someone must be at your shipping address to sign for it. Failure to have someone present will result in a re-delivery charge.

If you don't see the 'Signed For Pallet Service' option in the cart page, your order is likely to be sent with a courier. However, depending on what you've ordered/your shipping location, we may decide to send your order on a pallet service, and we will contact you and request a nominated delivery day!

As the pallet delivery is on a nominated day of your choosing, it is your responsibility to be at home to receive the goods. The pallet delivery driver will NOT leave the goods at your property if there is no-one at home to accept them, and no prior arrangement has been made. If the driver is unable to complete the delivery once they're at your property for whatever reason, and the delivery has to be re-scheduled, we will require a Re-Delivery Fee from you.

If there is no-one available to sign for the goods at the delivery address on your chosen delivery date, the delivery can be left at your own risk, but a prior arrangement MUST be made by contacting us.

The delivery will be kerbside, but the driver may be able to deliver closer to your property if it is accessible and it is safe to do so. Please be aware that the driver is not permitted to enter your property, or to unload the goods off of the pallet. It is your responsibility to unload the goods from the pallet, and to dispose of the pallet. It is at the delivery driver's discretion whether a delivery can be made closer to your property, but please be prepared to unload the goods from the kerbside delivery point if the access isn't deemed suitable (i.e. narrow driveways/roads, gravel driveways, flats/apartments etc.). If this is likely to be an issue, please contact us immediately.

You should receive a time slot on the morning of the delivery day, but if not please contact us.

Although 99% of deliveries are made on the nominated day, in very rare circumstances, if the courier fails to make the delivery due to reasons out of our control (for example breakdowns, traffic, delays at previous deliveries), we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
