How long does delivery take?

After you've placed your order, we usually take 1-2 days to dispatch your order.Most orders are sent on a Next Working Day service!Larger orders will be sent on a 2 Working Day service - we will contact you to arrange for a delivery day.

My order is part delivered

If your order is part delivered (i.e. you've received 3 of 5 parcels), then please check the tracking sent to your email, and wait 24 hours before contacting us.

How can I track my order?

Please check your order page, and your email for tracking updates. You will receive emails from us and also the appointed delivery company with your tracking details and updates.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally.Please contact us on one of the suggested methods with your delivery address, and the products you're interested in.

If you believe an item is missing, contact us via one of the suggested methods, and let us know which part is missing. We will then sort out a suitable replacement.

My order has arrived damaged.

In the unlikely event that your order has arrived damaged, please use one suggested contact methods with your order number, and photos of the damages.We will evaluate the best course of action on a case-by-case basis.

If you are interested in our products and you're based outside of the UK and Ireland, please get in touch and we can help get our equipment over to you!

We've been working hard to find the best value and easiest way to ship our equipment into Europe and further afield, and we'd love to get our gear across the world.

If you see something you're interested in, please get in touch using the form below, and include the product(s) you're interested in, and your delivery address and country, and we'll get back to you with our best shipping quote.

So far, you can find our equipment in Austria, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Portugal, Norway, and the US - but we can ship to almost anywhere!*
