How will my order be delivered?

Most orders will be sent with one of our courier partners on a next working day service.

Large orders/products will be sent on a 2-working day pallet service, and we will contact you for a nominated delivery day.

If you're not going to be at home when your order is due to be delivered, please get in touch with us and we will happily delay your delivery to a day when you will be at home. 

  

I've only received part of my order?

If you think you're missing an item(s), please open and carefully check inside all of the boxes you have received. We send orders in as few boxes as possible, so multiple items may arrive in the same box.

Consignments with multiple boxes may arrive at different times and on different vehicles, with more than one courier company, and/or arrive on the following day. Please check your tracking for accurate updates regarding your order.

If your order is arriving with more than 1 courier, we will send you the tracking numbers from the respective couriers to your email address. 

 

Pre-order deliveries

If you've placed an order for a product on pre-order, we will keep you updated with when you can expect to receive your order.

If you order additional products alongside a pre-order product, we will ship all of the items at the same time, when the pre-order product is back in stock.
