Rival Plate Loaded Hip Thruster Machine

The Rival Strength Hip Thruster Machine is the ideal tool for training your glutes, lower back and hamstrings.

With 2 x plate loading sleeves, as well as resistance band hooks, the machine offers a unique and adaptable weight curve. When using plates to load the machine, you get a direct and full drive with a continuous weight curve, with the ability to add resistance bands you can increase the resistance at the end of each thrust! This provides a better squeeze and more activation in the glute, lower back and hamstrings.

The machine has a wide checkered footplate and long back rest, making it suitable for a wide range of users. High quality materials have been used throughout, with a padded hip brace and high quality buckle system the machine can withstand loads up to 300KG. Enclosed bearings are used for the pivoting elements of the machine, offering a smooth motion when in use.
