Rival Strength's 2.5KG, 1KG & 0.5KG Add-On Plates give you control over how much you're lifting; right down to the last kilo. Ideal for use on kettlebells, dumbbells and even a barbell.

Micro Plates are a must-have for any lifter wanting to increase their strength. They allow you to adjust the weight as low as 0.5KG, 1KG and / or 2.5KG increments, meaning you can hit those PBs and make consistent progress.

The Micro Add-on plates also help in saving money! You can use two plates on any of our Kettlebells, this saves you buying the 2KG Increments on all the sizes (Purchasing Kettlebells in 4KG Increments and these plates allow for a full set of Kettlebells and more!). 

Made out of high quality rubber, the plates can be quickly loaded due to its unique flex design. The plate will fit on any bar or bell with the handle diameter between 22 and 35mm.

The 2.5KG plate has been designed to offer the standard 2.5KG jumps in hex dumbbells using a single plate per dumbbell. This means significantly less room on the dumbbell handle is required to achieve each weight jump.
