Our J-Series Monolift is the ideal training tool for serious lifters, enabling the user to lift the bar off the hooks without the need to walk out from the rack when squatting or performing similar exercises. The Monolift attachment is also ideal for bench press, where the bar is held in a more ideal position when beginning a lift. 

The Monolift is designed with a counter-weight attached above the barbell hooks, so when you remove the bar from the hooks, the hooks swing back towards the rack and out of the way of your exercise.
