Rival Strength's S-Series Wall Mounted Slimline Adjustable Free Arm Functional Trainer Pulley System offers 3D pivoting handle positions from high to low with integrated 100KG Weight stack on a 1:1 and 2:1 weight ratio. The 3D arms can not only be rotating up and down but can come forwards form the machine - perfect when positioning the cable for a pulldown exercise. 

This cable system doesn’t just challenge compact single arm cable systems, but dual action pulley systems as well. Not only does the cable system provide use for 1:1 ratio single stack exercises like lat pulldowns, it also offers a 2:1 ratio which it optimal for exercises like cable flys.

The new pivoting handle feature makes for a far superior cable system when compared to static handles, even when compared to a dual action pulley. By adjusting the handles out wide, the cable system is optimised for cable fly's. When the handles are positioned at the top or bottom, you can connect them for a 1:1 pulling ratio, better suited for lat pulldown or low row exercises where more weight is required (This is not possible on a standard dual action pulley).

With the handles positioned upwards and the trolley to the very top you can maximise the ceiling height of your space for the perfect pulldown with full range of motion. The maximum height of the product is 2040mm or 2290mm with the arms fully extended (depending on the height you purchase) meaning you can achieve a higher cable pulley position. 

The dual handles can be easily adjusted up and down the main front upright. The machine includes 4x back stabilising points to mount onto your wall.

What are ratios?

A 2:1 Ratio means the weight being lifted is half the weight loaded onto the plate carriage (40KG feels like 20KG), a 1:1 ratio you would be lifting the full weight loaded onto the carriage (40KG feels like 40KG). The benefit of a 2:1 ratio over a 1:1 ratio is the distance the handle can be pulled. The handle can move twice the distance compared to a 1:1 ratio, giving you more room for larger cable flies and any exercise that requires the cable to move further, while also offering smaller increments when adjusting the weight.
