The Pec Fly Attachment for the Rival Super FID Adjustable Bench provides a space efficient solution for Pec Fly's by attaching to the front of the bench. Ideal for home gyms, this attachment gets rid of the need to use up additional space required by a standalone Pec Fly Machine.

The Pec Fly attachment offers a unique strength curve when compared to standard dumbbell fly - due to the offset weight loading sleeve the resistance increases towards the end of the motion, maximising the peak contraction when your hands or elbows come together at the end, this helps target the inner muscle fibres of the pec. 

A regular dumbbell will slowly decrease in weight being loaded through the pec muscle to zero, meaning at the peak contraction there is no resistance. Having both options in your workout routine offers greater variation and muscle activation at all stages of the exercise. 

The Attachment is plate loaded, requiring Olympic (50mm / 2") Weight plates.
