Rival Strength's Air-Rower delivers a first-class full body workout. Perfect for building core strength, and muscular strength and endurance.
The Air-Rower includes an adjustable position LCD Display for tracking your workout, and for following preset interval training routines.
Bluetooth connectivity is now available through the 'Kinomap' app. Where you can record and track your workouts on your connected device, follow workout plans, compete in challenges, and even upload your workout to other connected apps, such as Strava.
As with our Air-Bike and SkiErg, the difficulty of your workout depends on how much effort you put in. There are no knobs and gears to create resistance; the rowers flywheel is attached to a fan, which uses air resistance to scale the intensity of the workout. The harder you row, the higher the resistance, and the harder the workout will be.
The Air-Rower does include a damper setting, which opens/closes the vent on the side of the fan to allow more/less air to pass through it. This makes the workout feel lighter/heavier, particularly at higher speeds.
You can easily store the rower in an upright position when not in use. Or, the rower can quickly be broken down into two parts for easier storage (Please see last 3 images).
All parts/tools needed to build the rower are included.

With a fan attached to a flywheel, the Rival Air-Rower use air as it's main force of resistance
As with all fan-based machines, the difficulty of the workout is dependent on how hard you work - the harder you work, the more air resistance is created, and the harder the fan is to spin
However, the Air-Rower does include a damper setting, which increases/decreases airflow into the fan and can make the workout feel lighter/heavier, particularly at faster speeds.

How will my Air-Rower be delivered?
We will send your Air-Rower on a 2-working day pallet service.
As with all pallet deliveries, we will contact you following your order.

What's in the box?
The Air-Rower will arrive in 1 box.
The box includes all the fixings needed to build the machine. Instructions are included.
Allen Keys are provided.
What does the Warranty cover?
Your 1-year Warranty covers the Air-Rower breaking or not performing as expected.
The warranty does not cover cosmetic damages, general wear-and-tear, and the Air-Rower breaking due to misuse.

The Air-Rower has arrived damaged.
In the very unlikely event that the Air-Rower has arrived damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging (prior to opening the product if possible), and also the damages to the machine, and contact us immediately.
We will evaluate the best course of action on a case-by-case basis.
