The Leg Curl and Extension Attachment offers a space efficient solution for your leg routine. Simply fit the attachment into the front of the bench using the easy to use pop-pin to turn your Super FID Bench into a Leg Curl and Extension. 

The Attachment is plate loaded, requiring Olympic (50mm / 2") Weight plates. The attachments features two leg pad positions, the bottom position can be used to seated leg extensions, with the top position offering the ability to do lying leg curls.
