The Rival Strength Light Speed Weight Sled is ideal for building explosive strength, often seen in strongman and rugby training. Weight plates can be added to the centre of the sled to increase the load and resistance!

Harness is included with the sled for weighted sled pulls. Comfortable shoulder pads included on the harness.
