Rival Strength's 10KG Chrome Olympic 5ft Barbell is an ideal bar for curls, presses and squats, or even great for younger lifters or those just starting out in weightlifting!

With a 400LB / 180KG load capacity and bearings in the sleeves, the bar can be loaded heavy while having a smooth spin to reduce the torque during the lift. This is highly important for curling exercises, like the bicep curl.

As the barbell is 5 foot long and 10KG, it is great for improving form, or for those who are recovering from injuries.
