Rival Air-Rower

Rival Strength's Air-Rower delivers a first-class full body workout. Perfect for building core strength, and muscular strength and endurance. 

As with our Air-Bike and Ski-Erg the difficulty of your workout depends on how much effort you put in. The fan uses air resistance to scale the intensity of the workout; the harder you row, the higher the resistance and the harder it will be. Therefore there are no knobs and gears to create resistance.

Bluetooth connectivity is now available through the 'Kinomap' app. Where you can record and track your workouts on your connected device, follow workout plans, compete in challenges, and even upload your workout to other connected apps, such as Strava.

The Rower can be broken down into two parts for easier storage in low ceiling rooms. (Please see last 3 images).
