The J-3 Series High and Low Cable Pulley Attachment provides the ability to do a wide range of cable based exercises without using up much more space in your gym. The attachment mounts to the back of the Power Rack, with two pulley positions. The top pulley is ideal for lat pulldown and tricep extensions, and the pulley at the base of the rack is ideal for Bicep curls or low rows (and more!). 

The cable attachment is plate loaded, and requires Olympic 50mm / 2" weight plates.

Low row footplates are also included with the pulley system, providing a platform for your feet to press against when performing a low row. 

The cable system operates on a 1:1 weight ratio, meaning the weight loaded onto the carriage is the weight felt at the pulley.
