The J-3 Series High and Low Cable Pulley Add-On provides the ability to do a wide range of cable based exercises without using up much more space in your gym. The add-on mounts to the back of the Power Rack, with two pulley positions. The top pulley is ideal for lat pulldown and tricep extensions, and the pulley at the base of the rack is ideal for Bicep curls or low rows (and more!). 

The cable add-on is plate loaded, and is compatible with Olympic 50mm / 2" weight plates. 

The High and Low Pulley also includes a curl bar and a lat pulldown bar! The ideal attachments to get you started, you can view our full range of cable attachment by clicking here!

Low row footplates are also included with the pulley system, providing a platform for your feet to press against when performing a low row. 

The cable system operates on a 1:1 weight ratio, meaning the weight loaded onto the carriage is the weight felt at the pulley.
