Rival Strength's Multi-Grip Olympic Swiss Bar offers a unique grip positioning when compared to a standard Olympic barbell. With 2 Angled grips and 4 straight grips, you will have the freedom to find the most suitable position for a press, curl, row and much more!
With a textured powder coated finish, the barbell has a good grip in the hand.
The barbell has a maximum load capacity of 250KG allowing you to take your weight training to new heights.
Suitable for all weight plates with an Olympic 50mm / 2" hole diameter.
PLEASE NOTE - The sleeves on this Barbell are 48mm thick, and will NOT work with regular Olympic collars. Specialist 48mm collars must be purchased separately, HERE.
