Introducing the Rival Strength S-Series Jammer Arms. Designed for racks with 75x75mm box section uprights, 1-inch/26mm front facing holes, and 50mm/100mm hole spacing (centre to centre of the hole).
Ideal for those looking to add variation into their workout! Jammer arms are ideal for both push and pull days; from bent over rows, chest press, incline press, snatches, shoulder press, and much more!
With adjustable handles and detachable mounting bracket, you can quickly and easily make changes to your setup in-between sets.
The adjustable handle can be moved up and down the jammer arm to allow you to find the optimum position. And the multi-grip handle means you can use the jammers with a neutral, pronated, or supinated grip.
50mm Hole spacing along the front and side of the Jammer Arm for finer adjustments to the handles and accessories. These can also be used to hold J-Cups, reducing how often the arms needs to be taken off the front or back of your rack.
